A Triangle

This form symbolizes leadership; many Triangles see their destination in it. The most typical characteristic feature of a true Triangle - is his ability to concentrate on the main goal. Triangles are powerful and energetic with strong personalities. They usually have clear goals, which they could achieve.

As well as their relatives - Squares, they refer to linear forms and they behave like the "left-cerebral hemisphere" thinkers, capable to analyze the situation thoroughly and quickly.

However, in contrast to Squares, oriented on details, Triangles concentrate on the main things, the core problem. Their strong pragmatic orientation controls their analysis of thoughts and limits it by a desire to find an effective (and often really effective) way of solving the problem. A Triangle is a very confident man, who wants to be right in everything.

A strong desire to control the situation, to solve not only his own problems, but if it's possible some other people's problems as well, makes a Triangle a person, constantly competing with other people. A dominating result in any event is a success and victory. He takes risk, and is impatient to those who hesitate when taking a decision.

Triangles don't like to be not right; they are hard to say they made a mistake. One can say, they see what they want to see, that's why they are too categorical sometimes, and they can't change their decisions. Even if somebody would object to the Triangles' decision, he would do it in his own way.
They are easy to learn things that contribute achievement of goals set and absorb useful information very quickly.

Triangles are ambitious. It's very important to them to achieve the best quality in the work they do. But the Triangle tends to acquire a high position, and a higher status, in other words to make a career. Before getting to business or taking a decision he consciously or unconsciously asks himself: "What shall I have due to this?"
Triangles make excellent managers at the "highest" management level. They are great at showing their boss the importance of their work; they know very well what is good for them and can confront their enemies.

The most negative characteristic of a "triangular" form is the strong egocentrism, their disrespect of moral norms. They are ready to reach their aims by all means, paying no attention to anybody and even at the expense of others. It's characteristic of Triangles who lost the sense of moderation and were not stopped in due time. They want everything and everybody center around themselves. Without it their life will lose its sense.
