A Square
Squares are hardworking
people. They are characterized by the habit to do everything up to the end, and
they are stubborn enough in it. Endurance and patience usually make a Square
a highly qualified specialist in his field of activities. It is provided by his
desire to get information. Squares collect any kind of information. The information
they got immediately finds its own place in a system of the Square's knowledge.
That's why a Square could give you any information you need in no time. The Squares
are considered to know much, at least in their field of knowledge.
One of the strongest features
of a Square is his ability to analyze. If you've chosen a Square, a linear figure,
for yourself, then most likely you belong to thinkers, those people who think
over the information and speak in terms of computer science in a sequential format:
"A" -> "B" -> "C"…, etc. Squares would rather
"calculate" the result than guess it; they are very attentive to details
and trifles.
Squares like the order in everything.
The Square's ideal is a planned and predictable life; he doesn't like changes
in a well-established order of events. He's constantly trying to put to order
people or things around him. All these qualities help him to become a good administrator,
doer, but he's seldom a good manager.
His extreme desire to get additional information before taking a decision prevents
him from being quick to operate. Sometimes his desire to be very accurate and
follow all the rules becomes too strong. And if he is to take a decision, related
to some risk and loses, he will try to delay it. Besides, his rational, emotional
dryness and coldness prevent a Square to establish contacts with different people.
A Square behaves inefficiently in uncertain situation.
